
To become a volunteer, you must complete an online application:

Once we receive and process your application, we will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss your interests, time availability, and our volunteer needs. Once accepted, you are requested to have a tw0-part tuberculosis screening if you will be volunteering at least twice monthly. We can perform this test at no cost in Morse Geriatric Center’s medical office, or you can choose to have it done by your own physician.
Will I receive training?
You will receive a job description, a volunteer handbook and a general orientation. Yhe department or program to which you are assigned will provide training for the specific tasks or roles you will be performing.
Where will I be volunteering?
Most volunteer positions are either in Morse Geriatric Center or The Tradition of the Palm Beaches on MorseLife’s Campus. Our Meals-on-Wheels drivers are assigned throughout the community.
Will I wear a uniform?
If you are a weekly or bi-monthly volunteer, you will wear an official MorseLife Volunteer golf shirt and an identification badge. This is to be worn anytime you are volunteering on campus so that you will be easily recognized by our staff, residents, guests and security.
I do not live in Florida year-round. Can I still volunteer?
Yes. There are many opportunities for seasonal volunteers.
Where is MorseLife located?
Our campus is located on 4847 Fred Gladstone Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, just off Haverhill Road, 3 miles north of Okeechobee Boulevard or just south of 45th Street.
