MAY: OLDER AMERICANS MONTH
MORSELIFE RECEIVES OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (May 21, 2007) - MorseLife recently received an official proclamation from Mayor Lois Frankel of West Palm Beach. Peter Robbins, Public Information Officer for the mayor, graciously read the proclamation in front of the gathering which provided details about MorseLife senior living. For example, in 2006, MorseLife provided more than 11,000 days of day care and other healthcare services and programs to over 6,500 citizens 60 years of age or older.

The seniors of MorseLife represent a dramatic upward trend in our nation’s demographic make up. These seniors are diverse, respected citizens who continue to make major contributions to our nation’s socio-economic and cultural well-being as well as to the entire MorseLife “Family.”

The opportunities and challenges that lie ahead require us to think differently about our health and long term care, and recognize that we must all work together to educate, promote and participate in effective, strategic plans that embrace the MorseLife mission, so that we may adequately prepare for and address the needs of current and future generations.

Older persons are entitled to live lives of dignity and independence through the multitude of exemplary senior healthcare services and programs offered by MorseLife, on and off the Marilyn & Stanley M. Katz Seniors Campus: Information and execution of cost-effective prevention practices and activities that will improve health, quality of life, and retain an individual’s dignity within their own home for as long as possible; innovative, affordable options of care and support that will provide an array of choices when considering current and future healthcare needs.

MorseLife continues to offer the many vital and essential services we have always provided to our cherished seniors and the community. Each day senior living is honored with dignity, compassion and respect. Please feel free to visit the Marilyn & Stanley M. Katz Seniors Campus located at 4847 Fred Gladstone Drive, West Palm Beach Florida 33417. Call 561-687-5743 to schedule your tour today!
