This is a very exciting time in our history as we launch our MorseLife Learning Institute. It is the goal of MorseLife to be not only a center of excellence in geriatrics, but also a center of learning in this area. At this point, MorseLife Learning Institute is bringing educational programs to its internal staff in order to enhance their learning and professional development, with the outcome of providing the highest quality care to those we serve. Our future plan includes extending learning opportunities to the professional and lay community both through tradition on-site education and online learning.
As you will see in downloading our monthly class schedule, there are many wonderful learning opportunities available to employees. All trainers are carefully selected in light of their backgrounds to give you the best experience possible to build your own expertise. This is your educational gift from MorseLife -- please make the very best of it.
Some important points:
- Be sure to select your courses with the guidance and approval of your direct supervisors.
- Thoroughly complete registration forms and submit to your supervisor for review and approval, and return to the Initiative.
- Certificates of Completion will be awarded based upon attendance and if applicable, passing score of 80% upon class completion. Classes can be retaken until requirements are met.
