Short Term Rehabilitation, the Rehabilitation Pavilion at Levine Rehabilitation Center in Morse Geriatric Center, provides unparalleled rehabilitation services following surgery, illness or injury -- getting our patients back on track and into their daily routines as quickly as possible.
Our short term rehabilitation program specializes in treating patients who have experienced cardiovascular, neurological or orthopedic disorders such as strokes, hip fractures or other debilitating medical conditions.
Our staff is led by a Board-certified, Fellowship-trained geriatrician, nurse practitioners, consulting physiatrist, pain and wound care specialists who work together to ensure patients received the highest caliber care with outstanding outcomes.
Our New Rehabilitation Pavilion Features:
- A 2,500 square foot, state-of-the-art facility with areas for multiple therapies.
- Latest rehabilitation technology, including the NASA-developed AlterG ® Anti-Gravity Treadmill and the Biodex System 4, which offers neuromuscular evaluation and therapeutic exercise.
- Innovative community re-integrations program with simulated "apartment" to facilitate transition to home.

Concierge Services
Short-term rehabilitation patients have access to our Concierge Program providing specialized attention throughout their stay. Our concierges are assigned to alleviate any concerns or worries that short-term patients may have, anticipating problems before they happen, or just sitting down to talk.
When the patient is well enough to return home, the center's discharge planner can arrange on the patient's behalf:
- Medicare-certified skilled home health care through MorseLife Home Care
- Geriatric Care management by our Just Checking! program
- Home Health Services (HHA21179096)and supportive home care services (HHA21179096) through Kramer Senior Services Agency
- Adult Day Care
- Meals-on-Wheels
- Adult Congregate Meal Site
