Neighbor2Neighbor was founded in 2007 through a grant from a donor of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.
The purpose of Neighbor2Neighbor is to embrace the concept of "neighbors helping neighbors" and to ultimately reach out to people to enable them to "age in place" with greater wellness, socialization, safety and independence.
Our Services
Through Neighbor2Neighbor, MorseLife will continue to identify needs and provide a full range of programs and services to enable older adults to live on their own in their homes and communities. Services include:
- Social and recreational activities
- Educational programs
- Referral to medical, home care, legal and financial services
- Access to preventive healthcare services
- Support for family caregivers
- Transportation for shopping and events
