MorseLife is a recognized center of excellence in the care of seniors, and our record of achievement validates that. Our long-term care residence, Morse Geriatric Center, holds 5-Star ranking by Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration and the Gold Seal Award from the Governor’s Panel on Excellence in Long Term Care, one of only 2% of all Florida long-term facilities to achieve that. MorseLife is also one of only two long term care residences in Florida to be deemed a “Teaching Nursing Home” by the Florida Legislature.

Additionally, MorseLife Home Care is accredited by CHAP, the Community Health Accreditation Program which leads our industry in improving the quality of community-based health care services. The goal of CHAP is for home care to not merely prosper, but gain strength in the health care field. MorseLife Home Care is proud to hold this accreditation.

Affiliations

MorseLife is proud to provide internships, mentorships and training for nursing and all the allied health care professions including social work, rehabilitation, health care administration and dietetics.

MorseLife has established affiliations with major medical centers and institutions of higher education for the purpose of training clinicians in the geriatric field, and for the study of innovative and unique ways of caring for new generations of older adults and their families.

MorseLife is a coveted site for clinical internships and training, particularly for individuals seeking professional careers in the area of geriatrics.
