Carmen Shell, R.N.
› Vice President of Clinical Services
Carmen has been with MorseLife since 2000. In her present capacity, she is responsible for the leadership and vision of the Nursing Department. She is also responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, developing the annual budget and continuing education for the nursing staff. Carmen is the second Vice President for the Florida Association of Directors of Nursing Administration (FADONA) and president of the Palm Beach County Directors of Nursing Association.
